1. Emergency / Travel Release - Get this from the athletic office or at the pool. Everyone needs to fill this form out completely, including the travel information. Changes can be made, but the form needs to be filled out and signed before you practice.

2. Physicals - Freshman, juniors and anyone without a current physical on file must have a physical completed before practicing. Physicals are good for 2 years. You can find the physical form on the Barlow Athletic website.

3. Athletic fees - Athletes need to turn in their athletic fee of $175 into the athletic office before practicing.

2011 Swim Suit Information

2011 Girls Team Suit

The girls team suit will be the Nike Water Polo Suit (zipper back) in solid black. We can embroider player numbers and a water polo logo onto those who would like it. For sizing, try to find someone that already has this suit and try a couple on to see what size fits best. Questions, ask coach Angie. S & R Sport has a lot of water polo gear and carries this suit.

Boys Team Suit Information:

Boys team suit is the solid black, Nike water polo suit. You can find this on many websites, including S & R Sport. We can embroider player numbers and a water polo logo onto those who wish to do so.
